CRANE ATTACHMET RIGS

Equipment for execution of bored piles up to diam. 2500 mm (3000 mm using underreamer) and 102 m max excavation depth. Both rigs can be used together with casing oscillator. R-25 can drive casing directly with the rotary. This equipment can be mounted on any type of crane with min 40/50 ton capacity giving high performance and great reliability.

EQUIPMENT FOR TUNNEL CONSOLIDATION

     

Tunnel SERIES The demand for faster execution of tunnel excavation has led SOILMEC engineers to design tunnelling equipment with a longer rotary stroke capable of installing reinforcing elements over 50 m long, with a minimum idling time.
Each drill guide is mounted on two slew rings and two hydraulic rams (back and front). A sliding frame allows the slew ring to be set at different heights to center the tunnel axis. The drill guide perform a 180° rotation.
Rigs such as SM-575 feature articulated telescopic rams in order to perform short working radius. The are easily convertible for vertical drillingcal drilling.

The realisation of most of the civil engineering works is subordinate to the execution of consolidation works, in order to improve the soil physical-mechanics characteristics. The works classifiable with the terms “Soil Improvement” can be realised using several
technologies.
The TREVI Group, since many years active worldwide in the field of Soil Improvement, through its own R&D Dept., has developed a new method of soil improvement, the CTJet (Cutter Turbo Jet) method, distinguished for his remarkable flexibility and productivity
characteristics.
The method can be classified within the Deep Soil Mixing, Wet type. The new CTJet method is innovative both in term of quality andproductivity.
The Methods have a wide range of application to solve problems in geotechnical industry, both in cohesive soils, cohesion-less soils and weathered rocks, i.e.:
• the realization of cut-off walls;
• the improvement of the load-bearing characteristics of
the ground;
• the realization of waterproof walls;
• in situ-fixation of polluted sites;
• installation of elements to reduce the risks of soil liquefaction.
The panels might be easily reinforced, for structural purposes, by means of steel profiles, inserted by gravity (own weight) or using small hammers and vibrators.
